Noise from the square is unbearable, outdated room furnishings need immediate attention!!! Air conditioning units are either loud or ineffective, causing discomfort during the night!!! Parking availability is a headache with unclear signage!!! Limited tea and coffee options in rooms is disappointing!!!

The location is excellent, with a tram station right outside and numerous restaurants nearby. The family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. However, the noise from the street could be quite distracting at times, and the room's dark decor made it feel somewhat cramped. Additionally, parking options were a bit unclear, and it required some effort to find convenient spots nearby.

Staying in the Superior Family Room was pretty cool! The room was spacious, perfect for our family of four. I especially loved the view from the terrace overlooking the lively Square. it made relaxing nice after a day out. The shower was awesome too, very refreshing. The only downside? The dark walls made the room feel a bit smaller than it actually was.
